An RIP experiment was performed in RKO cells using SRSF1 antibody as bait. The position of peak summit around transcript start sites of genes can predict the interaction sites of protein and gene. We compared the peak summit of RKO WT and RKO ZCCHC7-OE cells to find the differences between RKO WT cells and RKO ZCCHC7-OE cells. Overall design: Examination in RKO cells.
本研究以SRSF1抗体作为钓饵,在RKO细胞中开展了RNA免疫沉淀(RNA Immunoprecipitation, RIP)实验。基因转录起始位点周边的峰尖位置,可用于预测蛋白质与基因的互作位点。为探究RKO野生型(Wild Type, WT)与RKO ZCCHC7过表达(Overexpression, OE)细胞之间的差异,本研究对比了二者的峰尖位点。整体实验设计:以RKO细胞为模型开展相关检测。
