Comparison of the endosphere microbiome of Ulmus glabra and Ulmus parvifolia

The main objective of this study was the comparison of the bacterial and fungal microbiome of the two elm species Ulmus glabra and U. parvifolia. U. glabra is susceptible to the Dutch elm disease whereas U. parvifolia exhibits a high level of resistance.本研究的主要目标为比较欧洲白榆（Ulmus glabra）与小叶榆（U. parvifolia）的细菌和真菌微生物组。其中欧洲白榆对荷兰榆树病（Dutch elm disease）易感，而小叶榆对此病害表现出高水平抗性。
