Human primary keratinocytes were lentivirally transfected with control or NFKBIZ shRNA followed by stimulation with 1.5 and 24 h with IL-36. Total RNA was extracted using TRIZOL. After mRNA purification with the NEBNext mRNA Isolation Kit, NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Preparation Kit was used for library construction.
