Genomes of fungal endosymbiont Mycetohabitans endofungorum

Genome sequences of Mycetohabitans endofungorum B13 and B14, from ATCC 52813 and ATCC 52814, respectively, were obtained to examine effectors evolved in symbiosis with Rhizopus microsporus and/or host pathogenicity.本研究获取了分别保藏于ATCC（美国典型培养物保藏中心，American Type Culture Collection）52813与ATCC 52814的内生真菌嗜杆菌Mycetohabitans endofungorum B13和B14的基因组序列，旨在探究其与微孢子根霉Rhizopus microsporus共生过程中演化出的效应因子以及宿主致病性相关特性。
