Characterization of ADR1-L2 D484V suppressor mutants Overall design: We performed transcriptomic analyses on control Col-0 plants, on ADR1-L2 D484V plants and compared it to suppressor mutant ADR1-L2 D484V 26.6 and 30.4. Samples consisted of two leaves from at least two plants.
