Dataset for the manuscript "Trivalent Titanium in High-Titanium Lunar Ilmenite" submitted for publication in Nature Communications. In this Article, we use scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM) and electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS) to investigate ilmenite from Apollo rock 75035. The attached dataset contains all the data necessary to reproduce the results presented in the manuscript. The dm3 and dm4 files can be opened and analyzed using HyperSpy in Python.
