Inflammatory B cells correlate with failure to checkpoint blockade in melanoma patients

We report the RNA sequencing of ex vivo sorted B cells isolated from melanoma patients within the tumoral tissue or the blood. Sorted B cells from healthy donor blood were included as control. Overall design: Transcriptome analysis of B cells in patients' blood and tumor, compared to healthy donors' blood.我们报道了从黑色素瘤患者肿瘤组织或血液中分离得到的体外（ex vivo）分选B细胞的RNA测序（RNA sequencing）结果。本研究纳入健康供体血液来源的分选B细胞作为对照。整体实验设计为：对患者血液与肿瘤组织中的B细胞开展转录组分析，并与健康供体血液中的B细胞进行对照比较。
