Transcriptomic analysis of CD8+ T cells purified from co-culture system in which OT-I cells were exposed to vehicle or myeloid cells

OT-I cells were cultured solely or co-cultured with Ly6Chi Mono cells, Ly6Clo Gran cells or Ly6C- Mac sorted from LLC-bearing mice (pooled samples, n = 8) in the presence of OVA257-264 peptides for 48 h, followed by purification of CD8+ T cells using MagniSort Positive Selection Beads (eBioscience) from these cultures and RNA extraction.
