MicroRNAs in the response of non-heading Chinese cabbage to Hyaloperonospora parasitica (downy mildew) infection

In total, 20 leaves from 10 plants (two lower, fully developed leaves per plant) were pooled for each replicate, each time point contain 3 biological replicates. The total RNA from H. parasitica-inoculated non-heading Chinese cabbage Leaves were harvested at 0, 6, 12, 24, or 48 hours post inoculated (hpi) were used for Illumina sequencing.

每生物学重复混合取自10株不结球白菜的20片叶片（每株选取2片生长充分的下位叶）；每个时间点设置3次生物学重复。分别于接种后0、6、12、24及48小时（hpi）采集被寄生霜霉菌（H. parasitica）侵染的不结球白菜叶片的总RNA，随后用于Illumina测序。
