In total, 20 leaves from 10 plants (two lower, fully developed leaves per plant) were pooled for each replicate, each time point contain 3 biological replicates. The total RNA from H. parasitica-inoculated non-heading Chinese cabbage Leaves were harvested at 0, 6, 12, 24, or 48 hours post inoculated (hpi) were used for Illumina sequencing.

每生物学重复混合取自10株不结球白菜的20片叶片(每株选取2片生长充分的下位叶);每个时间点设置3次生物学重复。分别于接种后0、6、12、24及48小时(hpi)采集被寄生霜霉菌(H. parasitica)侵染的不结球白菜叶片的总RNA,随后用于Illumina测序。
