To figure out the role of long non-coding RNA LINC01291 in SKCM and the underlying mechanism, RNA transcriptome sequencing was performed to globally characterize LINC01291-regulated transcriptome changes. LINC01291 knockdown by RNA interference in A375 and SK-MEL-28 cells. A375 and SK-MEL-28 cells treated with siNC served as control.

为明确长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA)LINC01291在皮肤黑色素瘤(SKCM)中的作用及潜在分子机制,本研究通过RNA转录组测序(RNA transcriptome sequencing)对LINC01291调控的全转录组变化进行全局表征。研究采用RNA干扰技术在A375细胞与SK-MEL-28细胞中敲低LINC01291的表达,并以转染阴性对照小干扰RNA(siNC)的A375及SK-MEL-28细胞作为对照。
