Exome sequencing of ulcerative colitis patients who received tofacitinib

We performed exome sequencing of ulcerative patient who received tofacitinib, an pan JAK-STAT inhibitor. The purpose of this study is to identify exome variants that specifically enriched in tofacitinib responders compared with nonresponders.本研究对接受泛JAK-STAT抑制剂（pan JAK-STAT inhibitor）托法替布（tofacitinib）治疗的溃疡性患者开展了外显子组测序（exome sequencing）。本研究旨在筛选相较于无应答者，在托法替布治疗应答者中特异性富集的外显子组变异（exome variants）。
