The goal of this experiment is to track cellular regeneration after a dorsal injury to the axolotl pallium. To this end, we employed Div-seq, that is, performed snRNA-seq on cells labelled with EdU, which have thus recently replicated. We performed this in a time course, in order to observed the cell populations that were generated as regeneration progressed.

本实验旨在追踪美西钝口螈端脑背部损伤后的细胞再生进程。为此，我们采用了Div-seq（Div-seq）技术，即对经5-乙炔基-2'-脱氧尿苷（EdU）标记的细胞开展单细胞核RNA测序（snRNA-seq），此类细胞为近期完成DNA复制的细胞。我们设置了时序实验，以观测再生进程中产生的细胞群体。
