本研究旨在阐明通过单侧鼻孔阻塞(unilateral naris occlusion, UNO)实现的嗅觉剥夺对不同细胞类型及亚型相对丰度的影响。实验整体设计如下:于PD14时期对小鼠实施单侧鼻孔阻塞,待其发育至PD28天时,分别从其嗅觉上皮的阻塞侧与开放侧解离单细胞,并对这些单细胞的转录组进行分析。
