Transcriptome of Brachypodium distachyon

Brachypodium distachyon (Bd21-3) root was pre-grown for 5 days on minimum medium and then was distantly inoculated with Fusarium graminearum (CS3005). Mock inoculation of the plant was used as control. At 5 days post inoculation, roots were growing non-infected or infected by the fungus and were harvested.

二穗短柄草（Brachypodium distachyon，Bd21-3）的根系在基础培养基上预培养5天后，采用远距离接种方式接种禾谷镰孢菌（Fusarium graminearum，CS3005）。以经模拟接种（Mock inoculation）的植株作为对照。于接种后5天，分别收取未被真菌侵染及已被真菌侵染的根系样本。
