Leading marketing automation benefits according to marketers worldwide 2022

According to a survey conducted among marketers worldwide in February 2022, 43 percent of respondents said that improving customer experience was the most important advantage gained from marketing automation. Enabling staff to make better use of their time was cited by 38 percent of respondents, while 35 percent said marketing automation improved data and decision making.
