SF5: New olive allergen prediction in mature pollen

The new allergen prediction in O. europaea carried out by AllergenDetectR pipeline when the olive pollen pan-proteome of SF4 was used as input. The tables included, all in tab separated values (.tsv) format, are: NewAllergensDetails.tsv containing relevant information about the 1,050 candidates, including their 'Picual' ID, the UniProt AC# of the closest allergen with the bit score, percent of identity, length, allergen description and the species source. The last column is the allergenicity potential expressed as the AllergenAI percentage. Rows are sorted by identity, bit score, and AllergenAI percentage.NewAllergensIntersect.tsv contains the complete list of the 1,050 new allergen candidates distributed between the different intersections of a Venn diagram with the four cultivars that compose the pan-proteome.CloseToKnownAllergens.tsv containing relevant information about the 51 'Picual' proteins which are very similar to the 15 known olive allergens. This table includes the same information that the NewAllergensDetails.tsv table as well as another column with the AllerCatPro 2.0 evidence of allergenicity potential. Rows are sorted by identity, bit score and AllergenAI percentage. OtherIsoformsOfKnownAllergens.tsv containing relevant information about the 32 'Picual' proteins that can be far isoforms of the 15 known olive allergens. This table includes the same information that the CloseToKnownAllergens.tsv table. Rows are sorted by identity, bit score and AllergenAI percentage.
