Raw data regarding control and intervention with linoleic acid isomers and NSAIDs <em>in vitro</em> and <em>in vivo</em> models of neuroinflammation and clinical trials from articles included in the systematic review; Raw data and logBB calculated from the raw data to evaluate the blood-brain barrier crossing potential of linoleic acid isomers and NSAIDs <em>in vivo</em> experimental animal models from articles included in the systematic review.

本系统综述纳入的文献中，包含神经炎症体外（in vitro）与体内（in vivo）模型中，亚油酸异构体与非甾体抗炎药（Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs，NSAIDs）的对照与干预相关原始数据，以及相关临床试验的原始数据；同时还包含为评估亚油酸异构体与非甾体抗炎药体内实验动物模型血脑屏障穿透潜力所生成的原始数据，以及由该原始数据计算得到的logBB值。
