Quellon AGB map data

This dataset includes the AGB maps for the Quellon commune of the Chiloe island in Chile and a data comparison .csv file, produced under the master's thesis research of Vincent Haller. One of the maps (chiloe_biomass_map_2023_LangPS_nodata) was produced by the author using machine learning algorithms and remote sensing data. This map was developed for February 17th 2023, and has a 10m resolution. The other two datasets were produced by subtracting the author's biomass map to each of the other two comparison AGB maps: the European Space Agency (ESA) Biomass Climate Change Initiative dataset (Santoro & Cartus, 2023) from 2020 and the Global Forest Watch dataset (Global Forest Watch, 2022) from 2022. This procedure was developed in ArcGIS. The .csv file data compares the modeled and measured data for each field plot developed during the study. References: Global Forest Watch. (2022).
