This study reveals the microbial detoxification mechanism of As in unsaturated and saturated zones at an abandoned steel site using zero-valent iron (ZVI) and ferrous sulfate (FeSO4). These findings elucidate the changes in As biotransformation mechanisms before and after remediation of industrial contaminated sites and offer novel insights for the development of As-resistant strains and the application of bioremediation technology.

本研究以某废弃钢铁厂遗址为研究对象,采用零价铁(zero-valent iron, ZVI)与硫酸亚铁(ferrous sulfate, FeSO₄),揭示了该遗址非饱和带与饱和带内砷(As)的微生物解毒机制。上述研究发现阐明了工业污染场地修复前后砷生物转化机制的变化规律,同时为抗砷菌株的研发与生物修复技术的应用提供了全新的研究视角。
