该数据集聚焦我国中东部地区（约25°N–42°N，105°E–123°E），覆盖华北、黄淮、江淮、江南等短时强降水高发区，旨在支撑深度学习模型对小时雨强≥20 mm/h的强对流性降水事件进行精准识别
This dataset focuses on central and eastern China (approximately 25°N–42°N, 105°E–123°E), covering regions with high incidence of short-duration heavy rainfall including North China, the Yellow-Huai River Basin, the Yangtze-Huai River Basin and the Jiangnan Region. It aims to support deep learning models in accurately identifying severe convective precipitation events with a per-hour rainfall intensity ≥20 mm/h.
