RNAseq analysis of posterior cingulate astrocytes in Alzheimer's disease

Healthy elderly controls had expired ages of > 65, zero to moderate plaque densities, Braak scores less than or equal to IV, and no criteria met for NIA-R.]]>本研究对取自阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer's Disease）受试者与健康老年对照的后扣带回皮层经显微切割获取的星形胶质细胞开展了RNA测序（RNA Sequencing）。 阿尔茨海默病受试者均为逝世时年龄超过65岁的个体，其脑组织存在较高的老年斑密度，Braak分期至少为IV级，且符合NIA-R（美国国家衰老研究所-里根研究所）中度至高度的判定标准。 健康老年对照同样为逝世时年龄超过65岁的个体，其脑组织老年斑密度为零至中度，Braak分期不超过IV级，未达到NIA-R的判定标准。
