ANOVA summary table for field caging study proportional survival data.

Three types of caging treatments (full cage, stockade, and uncaged) were placed in three habitat types (mud, sand, and seagrass); all were included in the ANOVA model as fixed factors. Data were Box-Cox transformed (λ = 0.51) prior to analysis. Significant p values (at α = 0.05 for main effects and α = 0.20 for interaction terms) are bolded.本研究设置3种围笼处理方式（全封闭围笼（full cage）、栅栏式围笼（stockade）、无围笼（uncaged）），并将实验布置于3类生境类型（泥质生境、沙质生境、海草床生境）中；围笼处理与生境类型两类因子均作为固定因子纳入方差分析（Analysis of Variance, ANOVA）模型。所有数据在正式分析前均经博克斯-考克斯（Box-Cox）变换（λ=0.51）处理。主效应的显著性判定标准为α=0.05，交互项的显著性判定标准为α=0.20，符合对应标准的P值均以粗体格式标注。
