10-hour timelapse of the double mutant Clb2dbΔ, Clb5Δ, which has the destruction box region of the CLB2 gene, on the cell cycle control system in budding yeast. The yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisia, are growing in 2% raffinose, since this mutation is inviable in glucose. The images from two experiments done with Wild-type Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a control are available as CIL:39606-39625 and CIL:39646-39665. The images from two experiments done with the double mutant Clb2dbΔ, Clb5Δ are available as CIL:39626-39645 and CIL:39666-39685.本数据集为针对出芽酵母细胞周期调控系统的研究数据，包含携带双突变体Clb2dbΔ、Clb5Δ（缺失CLB2基因破坏盒区域）的10小时延时成像结果。实验所用酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）培养于2%棉子糖培养基中，因该突变体在葡萄糖培养基中无法存活。以野生型酿酒酵母为对照的两组实验所得成像数据编号为CIL:39606-39625与CIL:39646-39665；携带双突变体Clb2dbΔ、Clb5Δ的两组实验所得成像数据编号为CIL:39626-39645与CIL:39666-39685。
