RNA-Seq analysis of Glycine max cultivars Fiskeby III and Mandarin to elevated ozone exposure

Analysis of gene expression data from Fiskeby III (PI 438471) and Mandarin (PI 548379) soybean accessions identifies both resistant and sensitive responses to elevated ozone levels. Results contribute to the characterization of ozone stress responses of soybean cultivars and may facilitate creation of ozone-tolerant soybean lines.
