Bacteria isolated from potato scab lesions in Finland or northern Sweden were analyzed using microarrays, PCR, and sequencing. Data indicate wide genetic variability in pathogenicity islands among S.turgidiscabies and S.scabies strains. Overall design: Thirteen Streptomyces scabies and turgidiscabies strains from two different growings, Streptomyces reticulisabiei reference strain DSM41804 and Streptomyces scabies reference strain ATCC49173 were hybridized. Data were analyzed in single channel mode.
本研究针对分离自芬兰及瑞典北部马铃薯疮痂病病斑的细菌,采用微阵列(microarray)、聚合酶链式反应(PCR)与测序技术开展分析。数据分析结果表明,致病岛(pathogenicity island)在肿胀疮痂链霉菌(Streptomyces turgidiscabies)与疮痂链霉菌(Streptomyces scabies)菌株间存在广泛的遗传变异。实验设计:共纳入来自两个不同种植批次的13株疮痂链霉菌与肿胀疮痂链霉菌菌株、网状疮痂链霉菌(Streptomyces reticulisabiei)参考菌株DSM41804,以及疮痂链霉菌参考菌株ATCC49173进行微阵列杂交实验。所有数据均采用单通道模式完成分析。
