The E. coli strain was isolated from the retailed chicken meat purchased from the markets in Hatay, Turkey. Isolation and identification were done in Mustafa Kemal University, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Food Hygiene & Technology, Hatay, Turkey. Whole genome sequencing was performed using Illumina-NextSeq500 at Genome and Stem Cell Center, Kayseri, Turkey.

本研究的大肠杆菌（E. coli）菌株分离自土耳其哈塔伊地区市场采购的零售鸡肉。菌株的分离与鉴定工作均在土耳其哈塔伊市穆斯塔法·凯末尔大学兽医学院食品卫生与技术系完成。全基因组测序采用Illumina-NextSeq500平台，于土耳其开塞利市基因组与干细胞中心开展。
