An endophytic bacterium was isolated from the stems of rice by dilution plating method. The strain was identified by morphological, physiological and biochemical tests and 16S rRNA sequencing. The growth-promoting function mechanism of the strain was analyzed based on the second-generation Illumina whole-genome sequencing technology. The secondary metabolite gene clusters were predicted by antiSMASH. The growth-promoting performance of the strain was evaluated by growth-promoting performance tests, rice seed germination and seedling tests.采用稀释涂布平板法从水稻茎秆中分离得到一株内生细菌（endophytic bacterium）。该菌株通过形态学、生理生化试验及16S rRNA测序完成鉴定。基于第二代Illumina全基因组测序技术，分析了该菌株的促生功能机制。通过antiSMASH预测了其次生代谢产物基因簇。通过促生性能试验、水稻种子萌发试验与幼苗试验，评估了该菌株的促生性能。
