Classification of environmental 18S rDNA sequences in 42 taxonomic major groups.

Each group is coded according to their taxonomic rank (S: subphylum; C: class; O: order; G: genus; R: ribogroup). The table shows the number of sequences per group (Seq), the average (Avg), maximum (Max) and maximum corrected (Maxc) pair-wise distances, and the number of OTUs at three cut-off levels. *Nassellaria comprises also the order Collodaria.所有类群均按照其分类阶元进行编码：S代表亚门（subphylum）、C代表纲（class）、O代表目（order）、G代表属（genus）、R代表核糖体类群（ribogroup）。该表格列出了每个类群的序列数（Seq）、平均成对距离（Avg）、最大成对距离（Max）以及校正后最大成对距离（Maxc），同时给出了三个截值水平下的操作分类单元（Operational Taxonomic Units，OTUs）数量。*罩笼虫类（Nassellaria）亦包含胶鞘虫目（Collodaria）。
