Multi-locus metabarcoding of honey bee-collected pollen

In this study, we collected 32 samples of honey bee-collected pollen from colonies situated in the corn and soybean dominated agroecosystems of central Ohio during the month of May of 2015. We conducted plant metabarcoding, targeting the trnL, trnH, rbcL and ITS2 markers, to characterize the taxonomic origins of each sample.本研究采集了2015年5月期间，俄亥俄州中部以玉米和大豆为主的农业生态系统中蜂群的32份蜜蜂采集花粉样本。为明确每份样本的分类学归属，我们针对trnL、trnH、rbcL及ITS2标记位点开展植物元条形码测序（metabarcoding）分析。
