Diversity of intestinal microbiota in laying hens of 16 samples

The sample, a total 16 birds were allotted to 4 group ,with 4 replicants. To explore the diversity of intestinal microbiota in laying hens, we got the samples from chicken cecal contents. Microbial DNA was extracted from cecal contents. The V3-V4 hypervariable regions of the bacteria 16S rRNA were amplified with primers 338F and 806R by thermocycler PCR system.本研究共选取16只蛋鸡，将其划分为4个组，每组设置4个生物学重复。为探究蛋鸡肠道菌群的多样性，本研究采集了蛋鸡的盲肠内容物作为实验样本。从盲肠内容物中提取微生物总DNA，采用PCR热循环仪，以引物338F和806R对细菌16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）的V3-V4高变区进行扩增。
