Characterization of cyanobacteria community in environmental freshwater and sediment samples

In this study, we characterized the cyanobacterial communities in 2 freshwater and 3 sediment samples using Nanopore sequencing of full-length 16S rRNA amplicons. The sequencing reads were classified to cyanobacteria at the genus level.本研究采用全长16S rRNA扩增子纳米孔测序（Nanopore sequencing）技术，对2份淡水样本与3份沉积物样本中的蓝细菌群落进行了表征。所有测序读段均在属水平上被归类为蓝细菌。
