The current dataset is the results of a survey of 244 employees of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to investigate the relationship between empowering leadership and innovative behavior both directly and indirectly through psychological well-being and psychological capital as mediators by using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The current dataset includes raw data, PLS-SEM results, measurement model results, and structural model results. The current dataset has four variables, namely: empowering leadership, psychological well-being, psychological capital, and innovative work behavior.
本数据集源于针对244名中小企业(Small and Medium Enterprises,SMEs)员工开展的调研,旨在借助偏最小二乘结构方程模型(Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling,PLS-SEM),以心理幸福感与心理资本为中介变量,直接及间接探讨赋能型领导与创新行为间的关联。本数据集涵盖原始数据、PLS-SEM分析结果、测量模型结果与结构模型结果。本数据集共包含四类变量,分别为赋能型领导、心理幸福感、心理资本与创新工作行为。
