Transcriptional response of Drosophila S2 cells in response the Drosophila C Virus infection (DCV)

We infected Drosophila S2 cells (invitrogen) with Drosophila C virus (DCV) (Multiplicity of Infection = 10), and harvested samples for further analysis at 8 and 24 hours post-infection. We generated 6 datasets. Each samples was done in duplicate. We thus performed 2 mock infection (S2 medium only), 2 infections harvested 8 hours post-infection, and 2 infections harvested 24 hours post-infection

我们使用果蝇C病毒（Drosophila C virus, DCV）以感染复数（Multiplicity of Infection, MOI）为10的条件感染Invitrogen公司的果蝇S2细胞，并分别在感染后8小时与24小时收集样本以用于后续分析。我们共构建了6组数据集，每份样本均设置两份平行重复。具体实验分组如下：2组模拟感染（mock infection，仅添加S2细胞培养基）、2组于感染后8小时收集的感染样本，以及2组于感染后24小时收集的感染样本。
