CUSP9v3-U3118-part2

Label-free live-cell imaging and endpoint cell viability data obtained from exposing the patient derived glioblastoma cell line U3118 (see related article below), on all combinations of the CUSP9v3 protocol from order 5 to 9. The standard-of-care drug, temozolomide, was used as add-on to all combinations.

There are 4 .zip files containing all the imaging data, one for each 384-well plate used. Every .zip file contains 5544 grayscale images of size 800x992 pixels and every experimental well consists of a temporal sequence of 18 such images. The experiment was performed in quadruplicate and the associated plate layouts used for acoustic liquid dispension are also included as .xlsx files. The .log file contains the cell viability data for all plates.

本数据集涵盖经CUSP9v3方案5至9阶全部组合处理后的患者来源胶质母细胞瘤细胞系U3118（patient derived glioblastoma cell line U3118，详见下文相关文章）的无标记活细胞成像（Label-free live-cell imaging）数据与终点细胞活力数据（endpoint cell viability data）。所有处理组合均附加使用了标准治疗药物替莫唑胺（temozolomide）。
本数据集共包含4个.zip格式压缩包以存储全部成像数据，每个压缩包对应一块所用的384孔板。每个压缩包内含5544张分辨率为800×992像素的灰度图像，每个实验孔对应18张该类图像的时序序列。本实验采用四次重复实验设计，用于声学液体分配的配套板布局文件亦以.xlsx格式随数据集一并提供。.log格式文件则存储了所有孔板的细胞活力数据。
