Raw data for Experiment 2.

All of the data from Experiment 2 are shown. The control treatment is a spray without any pathogen and the inoculated treatment is sprayed with Beauveria bassiana GHA. All flies were in cohabiting conditions. The assay continued for 19 days, and daily deaths are shown (day 1 data is removed due to handling loss). The starting number of flies in each cage are shown in the “initial density” column. The experiment was repeated three times, each time with two replicate cages per condition (see cage number column). (XLSX)

本数据集包含实验2的全部观测数据。对照组喷施不含任何病原物的溶液，接种组采用球孢白僵菌（Beauveria bassiana）GHA菌株进行喷雾接种。所有供试果蝇均处于共培养环境中。试验周期为19天，每日死亡个体数均有记录——因实验操作导致的样本损失，已移除第1天的观测数据。每笼果蝇的初始数量详见"initial density（初始密度）"列。本实验共重复3次，每个处理条件均设置2个重复笼，具体信息可参见"cage number（笼号）"列。（XLSX）
