In this study we determine the transcriptional profile by microarray of iPSCs and iPSC-derived neurospheres generated from T-cells or aHDF by using direct neurosphere method. Overall design: iPSCs and iPSC-derived tertiary neurospheres generated from T-cells or aHDF subjected to the gene expression microarray analysis.

本研究采用直接神经球诱导法(direct neurosphere method),通过基因芯片(microarray)技术对由T细胞或成人真皮成纤维细胞(adult human dermal fibroblasts, aHDF)重编程获得的诱导多能干细胞(induced pluripotent stem cells, iPSCs),以及该诱导多能干细胞分化得到的神经球(neurospheres)开展转录谱(transcriptional profile)分析。整体实验设计:针对由T细胞或成人真皮成纤维细胞制备的诱导多能干细胞,以及该诱导多能干细胞分化得到的第三代神经球(tertiary neurospheres)开展基因表达芯片分析。
