Multi-LED light processing transcriptome data on wheat seedlings

We have conducted transcriptome analysis on wheat materials under multiple light treatments, maintaining consistent light intensity across treatments. These include red light, blue light, a 1:1 red-to-blue light ratio, as well as white light over time.本研究对多种光照处理下的小麦材料开展了转录组分析（transcriptome analysis），所有处理组的光照强度均保持一致。所设置的光照处理包括红光、蓝光、红光与蓝光1:1配比混合光，以及随时间梯度设置的白光处理。
