APC ChIP-seq in HCT-116 colon cancer cell line

Anti-APC ChIP-seq data were collected from HCT-116 cells and 3,985 genomic sequences were found to be enriched in both independent biological replicates. Overall design: Examination by ChIP-seq of chromatin binding profiles for APC in a colon cancer cell line expressing wild-type APC and a degradation-resistant ß-catenin that constitutively activates canonical WNT signaling抗腺瘤性结肠息肉病蛋白（Adenomatous Polyposis Coli，APC）染色质免疫共沉淀测序（Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Sequencing，ChIP-seq）数据采集自HCT-116细胞，经分析后共鉴定得到3985个在两次独立生物学重复中均呈现富集状态的基因组序列。实验整体设计：采用ChIP-seq技术，在同时表达野生型APC与抗降解β-连环蛋白（β-catenin，该蛋白可组成性激活经典Wnt信号通路）的结肠癌细胞系中，检测APC的染色质结合谱。
