抗腺瘤性结肠息肉病蛋白(Adenomatous Polyposis Coli,APC)染色质免疫共沉淀测序(Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Sequencing,ChIP-seq)数据采集自HCT-116细胞,经分析后共鉴定得到3985个在两次独立生物学重复中均呈现富集状态的基因组序列。实验整体设计:采用ChIP-seq技术,在同时表达野生型APC与抗降解β-连环蛋白(β-catenin,该蛋白可组成性激活经典Wnt信号通路)的结肠癌细胞系中,检测APC的染色质结合谱。
