Gold, Lanthanum, Gallium, Cobalt and Tantalum quantification performed with relative standardization-NAA in candidate electronic waste (LED) reference material within the METROCYCLEEU project

Datasets containing uncertainty budgets of measurements performed with Neutron Activation Analysis (NAA) on electronic waste materials (specifically light-emitting diodes, LED). Results reported in the datasets are part of the characterization of CRM candidate material LED. Data are elaborated and resulting dataset files are obtained with INAA-INRIM 3.1 software, pre-release development version.本数据集收录了针对电子废料（具体为发光二极管（light-emitting diodes，LED））采用中子活化分析（Neutron Activation Analysis，NAA）开展测量所得的不确定度预算数据。 本数据集所载结果，属于发光二极管（LED）候选认证参考物质（Certified Reference Material，CRM）表征工作的组成部分。 本数据集的数据经精细化处理后，通过INAA-INRIM 3.1软件的预发布开发版本生成最终数据集文件。
