The spatially constrained eQTLs associated with the differential regulation of the NAFLD-candidate genes were identified from the LGRN. There were 122 spatially constrained eQTLs regulating 13 NAFLD-candidate genes. And the eQTLs were significantly enriched for the GWAS traits linked with NAFLD such as liver enzyme levels.

通过对LGRN中与NAFLD候选基因差异调控相关的空间限制性eQTLs进行分析，共识别出122个调控13个NAFLD候选基因的空间限制性eQTLs。这些eQTLs在NAFLD相关GWAS性状（如肝脏酶水平）中显著富集。
