Permanent additions to Australia’s resident population

Permanent additions consists of two components:\r\n \r\n1. Those persons who were in Australia on a temporary basis and were granted a permanent visa while in Australia.\r\n\r\n2. Those persons who made an initial arrival from overseas on a permanent visa granted while they were outside Australia. These are termed settler arrivals.\r\n\r\nNote: The ABS revised figures for Settler Arrivals in September 2017, which are not included in years prior to 2016-17.\r\n\r\nThese de-identified statistics are periodically checked for privacy and other compliance requirements. The statistics were temporarily removed in March 2024 in response to a question about privacy within the emerging technological environment. Following a thorough review and risk assessment, the Department of Home Affairs has republished the dataset.\r\n

永久新增人口包含两类构成：

本去标识化统计数据集将定期接受隐私合规及其他合规性审查。该数据集曾于2024年3月因新兴技术环境下的隐私相关问询被临时下架。经全面审查与风险评估后，澳大利亚内政部（Department of Home Affairs）重新发布了该数据集。
