RNA-Seq on common bacterial pathogens in the presence vs absence of a variety of antibiotics. Two susceptible and two resistant isolates were exposed to antibiotics in laboratory culture, total RNA was extracted at various timepoints from cultures with and without antibiotics, and cDNA libraries were prepared for Illumina sequencing.本数据集针对常见细菌性致病菌在多种抗生素存在与缺失的条件下开展RNA测序（RNA-Seq）分析。实验选取2株敏感分离株与2株耐药分离株，于实验室培养体系中施加抗生素处理；在多个时间点从含抗生素及不含抗生素的培养物中提取总RNA，随后构建互补脱氧核糖核酸（cDNA）文库以进行Illumina测序。
