ATLAS-1 is a research dataset containing 3D morphologies of single WM266-4 human melanoma cells under different drug treatments. These cells are embedded in collagen and imaged using oblique-plane light-sheet microscopy. The dataset is divided into three condition categories: nocodazole, blebbistatin, and control, representing microtubule inhibitor treatment, myosin II inhibitor treatment, and untreated baseline variability, respectively. The dataset is provided in the form of point clouds (1024 points/cell) and watertight meshes for benchmarking point-cloud models on real biological shapes and studying drug-induced 3D morphology changes.
