Genes altered after MDP-induced THP-1 cells

Muramyl Dipeptide (MDP) (10ug/ml) induced THP-1 cells for 3 hours for the experimental group (MDP), and MDP-equivalent 1640 medium induced THP-1 cells for 3 hours for the control group (CTRL), and RNA sequencing was used to detect the genes that were differentially expressed in the two groups.实验组（MDP组）采用浓度为10μg/ml的胞壁酰二肽（Muramyl Dipeptide, MDP）诱导THP-1细胞3小时；对照组（CTRL组）采用含等量MDP的1640培养基诱导THP-1细胞3小时，随后通过RNA测序检测两组间的差异表达基因。
