Transcriptome analysis of rice plants overexpressing OsMYBS1

To investigate the genes affected by OsMYBS1, we performed transcriptome sequencing analysis using the overexpression line, which exhibited the highest expression levels, and compared it with WT plants. For RNA sequencing, flag leaves from both Hejiang19 and the overexpression line OE-1 at the heading stage were collected, with each sample comprising a pool of 10 plants. Each rice variety included three biological replicates.
