qRT-PCR Dataset of Chi2 and PR-1 Gene Expression in Two Tomato Cultivars Treated with Chemical and Biological Inducers of Systemic Resistance

This dataset contains gene expression analysis data of two defense-related genes (Chi2 and PR-1) in two tomato cultivars subjected to chemical and biological treatments aimed at inducing systemic resistance. The data include raw Ct values obtained from qRT-PCR, as well as calculated ΔCt and ΔΔCt values across different time points.
