Table shows results of differential expression analysis of RNA-seq data from superficial and deep sublayers of the CA1 region of the dorsal hippocampus from the brain of healthy adult rats. Superficial and deep sublayers of the CA1 region were isolated by laser capture microdissection prior to RNA isolation and library construction for RNA-seq.
