CoronaVac, a promising inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccine, may induce gene expression changes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) at early stages of vaccination. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the PBMC transcriptomics of CoronaVac-vaccinated participants (the vaccination group, two individuals, various timepoints at 0, 14, 28, 35 days) and COVID-19-recovered patients (the recovery group, three individuals, 8 months after recovery). The h5 file is the merged-barcode-feature-matrix file processed by the Cell Ranger (version 5).The cloupe file can be viewed using the Loupe Browser (version 5).
克尔来福(CoronaVac)作为一款颇具应用前景的SARS-CoV-2灭活疫苗,可在疫苗接种早期诱导外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cells,PBMC)发生基因表达改变。本研究采用单细胞RNA测序(single cell RNA sequencing,scRNA-seq)技术,对接种克尔来福疫苗的受试者(疫苗组,共2名个体,分别于接种后0、14、28、35天多个时间点采样)以及新冠康复患者(康复组,共3名个体,于康复后8个月采样)的PBMC转录组进行分析。本数据集包含的h5格式文件为经Cell Ranger(版本5)处理后的合并条形码-特征矩阵文件;cloupe格式文件可通过Loupe Browser(版本5)进行浏览查看。
