The BSP (A) and OPN (B) mRNA in RC cells exposed to 100 nM PTHrP (1-36) for 1 hr, 6 hrs, or 48 hrs for seven 48 hr treatment cycles (15 days) was measured by quantitative real-time RT-PCR.本实验采用实时定量逆转录聚合酶链反应（quantitative real-time RT-PCR），对经7轮48小时处理周期（共计15天）、分别在100纳摩尔的甲状旁腺激素相关蛋白(1-36)（PTHrP (1-36)）中孵育1小时、6小时或48小时的RC细胞内的骨唾液酸蛋白(BSP)(A)与骨桥蛋白(OPN)(B)的信使核糖核酸（mRNA）水平进行了定量检测。
