Database Gil-Monte Burnout Model in Brazilian Teachers

This dataset contains data of non-university teachers collected by paper and pencil at the workplace. These data were collected the professor Mary Sandra Carlotto in the south of Brazil. The participation in the study was voluntary and anonymous. Prior to the start of the assessment the school principal was contacted to obtain the authorization to carry out the study and design the data collection. Teachers were informed about the purpose of the study, and it was clarified that their participation would not result in any individual or organizational assessment consequences. The questionnaire was distributed to teachers at the beginning of their workday, and they were asked to submit the completed questionnaire by placing it in a box in the teachers’ room at the end of the day. The file contains demographic variables, the responses to 8 items of the General Self-efficacy Scale, 6 ítems of the Social support scale of the UNIPSICO questionnaire, 20 ítems of the Spanish Burnout Inventory, and 9 ítems from the Psychosomatic disorders scale of the UNIPSICO questionnaire. The name of the variables and the value labels have been written in English to facilitate their understanding. Data and codebooks are provided in csv format, following the FAIR principles. Three files are provided:1. Database, with the data related to sample characteristics and the answers to the items of the questionnaires and the other items.2. Database codebook of variables, with information of the labels of the variables of the Database file.3. Database variable values codebook, with the labels of the values of the variables in the Database file.本数据集收录了在工作场所通过纸笔方式采集的非高校教师相关数据，该数据由巴西南部的玛丽·桑德拉·卡尔奥托（Mary Sandra Carlotto）教授采集。本研究的参与均为自愿且匿名形式。在评估启动前，研究团队已联系学校校长以获取研究开展与数据采集的正式授权。研究人员向参与教师阐明了本研究的目的，并明确告知其参与不会带来任何个人或组织层面的评估相关后果。问卷于教师工作日伊始发放，并要求教师在当日工作结束前将填妥的问卷投入教师休息室的收纳箱中完成回收。本文件包含人口统计学变量、通用自我效能量表（General Self-efficacy Scale）的8个条目作答结果、UNIPSICO问卷社会支持量表的6个条目作答结果、西班牙倦怠量表（Spanish Burnout Inventory）的20个条目作答结果，以及UNIPSICO问卷心身障碍量表的9个条目作答结果。变量名与变量值标签均采用英文书写，以方便使用者理解。本数据集与代码簿均遵循FAIR原则（可发现、可访问、可互操作、可复用原则），以CSV格式提供。本次共提供3份文件：1. 主数据集：包含样本特征、问卷条目作答结果及其他相关数据；2. 变量代码簿：包含主数据集的变量标签相关信息；3. 变量值代码簿：包含主数据集变量的取值标签相关信息。
